History

Hogan and Herr's main focus is not to be the largest builder but rather, to be detail oriented and produce a product to suit their customer's specific needs.

The dream began in 1995 when John Hogan and Daryl Herr started a home construction business with the goal of continuing their father's dream to build some of the finest quality homes in the most luxurious communities such as Bent Creek, Mill Pond, and Oak Lane. Today, Hogan and Herr creates distinctive homes which showcase their steady dedication to the highest standards of excellence.

Hogan and Herr is not just a business, it is a family that takes each of their clients needs into consideration. They understand that many memories will be created in this new home, such as a child's first steps, graduation parties, and grandchildren visiting for the weekend. They value the importance of each customer's specific needs and work diligently to fulfill each one of them.

Hogan and Herr offers high quality homes that come standard with several features and amenities that most other builders would consider upgrades or additional options. Utmost quality is their highest priority. In fact, they challenge you to go out and make the comparison. Hogan and Herr doesn't just build your average cookie cutter home, they take your dream home and make it a reality.
